LJH Acrylic Foundation Course
Following the completion of the foundation course, sucessfull students will graduate with a Certificate of Training from The Linda J Hill Training Academy, which is industry recognised and accredited by ABT Ltd, enbling you to obtain insurance and practice as a qualified Acrylic Nail Technician.
The 4 day foundation course is designed to provide a platform upon which the amature can develop their skills. The coures had been carefully consturcted to provide you with the right mix of both practical skills and knowledge to allow you to progress in your carreer as a nail professional.
The course requires students to provide case studies and complete a portfolio which counts towards the final assesment. The theory test and practical exam will be on the 4th day, portfolios must be completed by this date as it counts towards the final exam.

Health & Safety.
Business Advice & Salon Etiquette.
Acrylic Enhancement Chemistry.
Nautral Nail Preperation.
Tip Application & Form Fitting.
Sculpting Techniques.
Product Application.
Correct Liquid to Powder Ratios.
Filling & Finishing Techniques.
Maintenance Procedures.
Enhancement Removal.
Troubleshooting.
Requirements:-
No previous experience is required.

You will require a model without nail enchancemnts on.
Salonwear is advisable

Booking & Cancellation
A deposit /booking fee of £150 is payable on booking your place. This is non-refunable and non-transferable. The balance of £400 is due 2 weeks before the course date. The kit will also need to be purchased at least two weeks prior to the comencement of the course.
If a cancellation is made after the 2 week cut off period, you will loose full payment. This is non-refunable and non-transferable.
*Please also note you must have completed your pre-study prior to day one of the course.
